The issue impacting submission of Fama Plus reports via Fama web portal (web.fama.io) has now been resolved.
We are continuing to work towards solving the issue impacting submission of new Fama Plus reports. After further review of the issue, the impact is only affecting newly submitted reports via our UI in the Fama portal (web.fama.io). It does not affect reports submitted via API.
We are investigating an issue with a third-party API that is preventing users from adding location information to Fama candidate submissions. This may prevent some users from submitting Fama reports. We are expediting work on a fix and will post an update as soon as this issue has been solved and location information functionality is restored.
